General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.naoceramics.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

 

Orders

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Preparation for shipment take 3-14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Products

All pieces are handmade in my studio in Bratislava, Slovakia. Inconsistency in texture, color, shape, or exact dimensions are a natural part of the process. Each item is handbuilt, and one of a kind, and cannot be exactly replicated.

Unless otherwise stated, I recommend using all objects as purely decorative.  Objects are glazed inside but may be porous. Avoid contact with liquids or oils. Clean gently with a soft cloth, sponge or hands.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT.

Accepted payment methods:

– Bank transfer in advance

– Card payment via Stripe

– Cash on collection (invoice provided)

Payments made by card are securely processed through Stripe using encrypted data transmission (TLS protocol).

 

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via Packeta within Slovakia. For international orders, contact us at [email protected].

 

Processing time: 3-14 business days. Delivery time: 2–12 business days depending on destination.

All orders are packed by hand using recyclable materials where possible.

Shipping cost is added at checkout. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities. Nao ceramics is not responsible for such costs.

 

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and clean.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping it back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Nao ceramics is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method after inspection of the returned goods.

 

Damages and Complaints

All shipments are insured.

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours at [email protected] and include photo evidence.

Colors and Materials

All ceramics are handmade from stoneware clay. Each piece carries its own natural irregularities that form part of its character. Product photos aim to represent true colors, but slight variations may occur depending on screen settings.

 

Liability

Nao ceramics is not responsible for shipping delays, losses caused by postal services, customs procedures, or force majeure. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
