Terms of Personal Data Processing
The Seller provides the Buyer, in connection with the processing of the Buyer’s personal data as the data subject (“Data Subject”), with information under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), and under Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

Purpose of Processing:
Processing of personal data by Nao ceramics (Andrea Amie Švecová) is carried out for the purpose of processing the Buyer’s order and performing rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller, operating the online store and website, managing related information systems, and maintaining records of purchase contracts and invoices.
When placing an order, personal data necessary for successful order processing and contract performance are required (name and surname/business name, company ID, billing address including ZIP code, delivery address including ZIP code, telephone number, and email address). Providing these personal data is necessary to process the Buyer’s order, conclude and fulfill the purchase contract, and deliver the goods.
Personal data may also be processed based on your consent for direct marketing purposes (sales promotion), such as marketing offers, newsletters, catalogues, commercial communications, product updates, and news, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, if no purchase was made and you voluntarily granted this consent by checking the corresponding box on the Seller’s website.
You may withdraw your consent by unsubscribing from direct marketing via [email protected], through the website where you gave consent, or by submitting a written request using the contact details provided above. Upon withdrawal, the Seller shall delete the data without delay.
Legal Basis for Processing:
Processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and §13(1)(b) of the Act — i.e. the Buyer’s order, conclusion and performance of the purchase contract, delivery of the ordered goods, and fulfillment of rights and obligations arising from the contract.
Recipients of Personal Data:
Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
• persons authorized to perform tasks for Nao ceramics (Andrea Amie Švecová) related to order fulfillment and contract performance (delivery, payment processing),
• web hosting providers and companies sending our marketing communications,
• other service providers ensuring the operation of the online store, website, and related information systems.
Transfer to Third Countries:
Andrea Amie Švecová (Nao ceramics) does not intend to transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA or to any international organization.
Retention Period:
Personal data may be processed:
1. for the period prescribed by applicable law,
2. for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing,
3. until consent for direct marketing is withdrawn, or for a maximum of five years if processing is based on consent.

You have the right to:

• request erasure of personal data,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing,
• request data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

What Are Cookies
